At LegacyBlade, we take pride in delivering authentic Chinese handmade swords and cultural collectibles to customers around the world.
This policy explains how we process, ship, and handle returns or refunds for your orders.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are verified, quality-checked, and carefully packaged before dispatch.
Customized or engraved products may require additional 3–5 business days for processing.

If any delays occur due to high demand or production issues, we will notify you by email.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted international couriers such as China Post, YunExpress, 4PX, DHL, FedEx, or EMS, depending on destination and order type.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Asia: 7–15 business days
North America & Europe: 10–20 business days
Oceania: 12–25 business days
Middle East & Africa: 15–30 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system after dispatch.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot control or predict the amount of such fees.
Refusal to pay customs duties may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed, and we cannot offer refunds in such cases.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to local laws, some countries or regions may restrict the import of swords or bladed items.
Before placing your order, please check your local regulations.
LegacyBlade is not responsible for orders seized or rejected by customs due to legal restrictions.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at connect@thelegacyblade.com.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
Claims for damaged or lost items must be made within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us first at connect@thelegacyblade.com to obtain return authorization.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or engraved products
Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse
Clearance or promotional sale items

10. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
After that, cancellation is no longer guaranteed as the order may have entered the shipping stage.

12. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or variation, please contact us.
We can assist with replacements if the original item is returned in new condition.
